Delivery & Returns Information

United Kingdom (Mainland) Delivery Charges

We have several delivery options for our UK customers, details of which are outlined below.

  • All orders cost £3.99 dispatched by standard second class post. This service is NOT trackable or recorded.
  • All orders over £50.00 are dispatched via recorded second class post. This service is trackable.
  • £5.99 - UK Special Delivery. This service is trackable and recorded. Your order will be delivered the following working day.
  • UK Special Delivery is available when you place your order BEFORE 1.00pm, Monday to Thursday.
Please note: If you place your order after 1.00pm on Thursday and select 'UK Special Delivery', your order may not be delivered the following day, and instead may be delivered the following Monday. Please make sure to place your order before 1.00pm to guarantee it is delivered the following day.
Europe & International Delivery Charges

We also deliver outside of the United Kingdom to all European and international addresses.
  • £6.99 - Europe (EU) & The Republic of Ireland. All orders dispatched via standard Airmail.
  • Please allow 3-10 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive.
  • £9.99 - All other International addresses. All orders dispatched via standard Airmail.
  • Please allow 5-15 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive.
Please note: If you reside in a country outside of the European Union then you must choose 'International Delivery' at the checkout. All orders will be dispatched securely.
Returns Information

You are within your rights to cancel an order under the distance selling regulations (2000). You have 7 days in which to notify us that you wish to cancel. The 7 days commences on the day after you receive your order. This is your statutory cooling off period. You can notify us by e-mail. Unless your delivery is defective or damaged, it is your responsibility to return the goods at your cost. You must notify us prior to returning your order, otherwise we may not be able to accept it.

Items must be returned as sold, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. If the item has been damaged in any way, the item will be returned to you and you may be charged for any additional carriage.

Any items being returned to us MUST be received within 14 days of us being notified of your intention to return them. Only after inspection, and providing the conditions in this agreement are met, will we refund the invoice value of the item, less any postal charges we have incurred over standard delivery costs, ie. Special Delivery or Saturday Delivery.

Returning Damaged Items

We expect a high level of service from both ourselves and our suppliers. In the rare occurrence that you have received your order and it is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately, by email or by phone. We will offer advice and we'll arrange to send you a replacement or refund your order.

Once your parcel has been received by ourselves we will notify you via email. Please be aware that it is YOUR responsibility to make sure your parcel reaches us safely and securely. We recommend using a trackable service when returning orders to us.
